基于LabVIEW的直升机舵机加载测试系统设计

         

摘要

针对某型号直升机4个通道的舵机,使用PXI系统和LabVIEW编程语言建立了一套自动加载测试系统。该系统可以实现加载电机和舵机控制信号的产生、加载扭矩的闭环控制、多通道连续数据采集、测试数据的实时显示和存储以及报表打印等功能。详细介绍了硬件结构、软件设计及控制功能的具体实现。实际测试结果表明,系统在保证测试精度的同时,大大提高了测试效率。%The automatic loading testing system for four channel actuators in a helicopter was built by the aid of PXI plat⁃form and the programming language LabVIEW. This system can generate the testing signals used to control loading motor and ac⁃tuators,can realize closed⁃loop control of torque loading,multi⁃channel continuous data acquisition,real⁃time display and storage of testing data,and report print. In this paper,the realization means of hardware structure,software design and control function are discussed in detail. The testing results prove that this system is stable and reliable,and can improve testing efficiency great⁃ly on the premise of ensuring the testing accuracy.
