基于集成化供应链的内部绩效评价研究

摘要

供应商作为供应链中重要的环节，它的内部绩效表现己经成为企业面对的共性和关键问题。有效的供应链管理与绩效评价是供应链管理过程中不可分割的重要组成部分，要有效地管理供应链就必须对供应链项目绩效进行评估。从供应链内部角度构建集成化供应链项目绩效评价指标体系，初步构建绩效评价模型，并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对供应链绩效进行评价。%As an important link in the supply chain,Suppliers’inner performance has become a common and key problem in the face of enterprises. The effective supply chain management and performance evaluation are the impartible important part in the process of supply chain management. This study tries to construct an integrated supply chain performance index system from the internal side of supply chain. A performance evaluation model was built preliminarily. The performance evaluation of in⁃tegrated supply chain was performed with AHP and FCE.
