光纤半导体激光器温度智能控制系统设计与仿真

         

摘要

针对光纤半导体激光器温度控制装置温度调节非线性、滞后、范围较窄、精度较低的问题,设计光纤半导体激光器温度智能控制系统。采用STC89C52单片机微处理器控制温度的方法,用温度传感器DS18B20采集半导体激光器的温度传送给单片机,通过PID数字控制,控制半导体制冷器的工作。使半导体激光器的温度稳定到设定值。通过Protues仿真结果表明,设计的系统温度控制的范围较大,检测控制速度快,精度高,给现代光纤半导体激光器温度的智能控制提供一种可行方案。%In order to solve the problems of nonlinearity,time delay,narrow range,low precision in temperature regula⁃tion of temperature control device of fiber semiconductor laser,a intelligent temperature control system for fiber⁃optic semicon⁃ductor laser was designed. The temperature control method of using single⁃chip microprocessor STC89C52 is adopted. sampling of with The temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to collect temperature of the semiconductor laser and then transmit the tempera⁃ture information to STC89C52. The semiconductor cooler is controlled with PID digital control technology to make the tempera⁃ture of the semiconductor laser to be stabilized to the set value. Protues simulation results indicate that the temperature control system’s control range is wide,control speed is fast and accuracy is high. Theresearch provided a feasible scheme for intelli⁃gent temperature control of modern fiber⁃optic semiconductor laser.
