基于课程地图理念的高校心理健康课程体系研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the weak problem in the construction of psychological health education curriculum system in universities, this paper introduces the concept framework of curriculum map to design the curriculum system, and through the in - depth combination of training objectives and teaching contents, attempts to set up the three - dimensional framework of mental health curriculum system in universities, to effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the course teaching and to meet the individual needs of students mental health.%本文针对目前高校心理健康教育课程体系建设中的薄弱问题,引入课程地图的理念框架进行课程体系设计,通过培养目标与教学内容的深入结合,尝试搭建起高校心理健康课程体系的立体架构,以有效地提高课程教学的针对性和实效性,满足学生心理健康的个性化需求.
