学校教育现实问题与发展策略分析*--基于2015年广州市景泰中学阳光评价报告

     

摘要

中小学教学质量是国家、社会、学校、家长、学生共同关注的焦点。在中小学阶段对学生的综合评价是改善教学质量的依据。2015年广州市开展了阳光评价项目,用以综合评价广州市的中小学教学质量。通过分析广州市白云区景泰中学在2015年阳光评价项目中的表现,探索在综合评价体系下学校教育的盲点,发现心理健康教育水平与学生家庭环境存在一定联系。该校的寄宿制特点和生源家庭特点是影响学校学生心理健康教育水平的主要原因,对此提出了加强家校联系等改进措施。%The education quality assessment for primary and secondary school is focused by the nation, the society, the shcools, the parents and the students. During the stage of primary and secondary school education, the education quality improvement is dependent on the comprehensive assessment for students. In 2015, Guangzhou launched the SUNSHINE Assessment Project to make a comprehensive assessment for Guangzhou’s primary and secondary school education quality. This paper makes a research to find the weakpoints of school education which is based on the comprehensive assessment by analysing the performance and data of JingTai Secondary School’s students. The research finds that the psychological health education is related to the student’s family environment, and raises a viewpoint that the boarding school and the family environment of the students may effect the psychological health level of JingTai school’s students. In the end, this paper gives some advices for school education improvement, such as strengthening the Home-School communication.
