微课程的核心理念及发展趋势

Micro course is one of the newest hot spot of educational research .It is a combination of refining learning content and personalized learning support through the use of technology for certain knowledge .At its core is short instructional video , It's critical is active students'learning awareness , and it aims to help learners with the shortest time to learn the most knowledge .Micro course has rich philosophy , which includes students are the masters of learning process , teacher is the designer of courses , online learning will al-so benefit from reconstruction of teaching rule .Micro course is designed to follow the principles of subjectivity , simplicity, interesting and integrity.In the future, Micro course will lead to exploration of flipped classroom , the formation of specialized construction mecha-nism, Systemic course modules of comprehensive building , the organic integration of technology of data , etc..%微课程是教育领域的最新研究热点之一。它是针对某一知识点,利用信息技术来表现精细化内容和实施个性化学习的总和,其核心是简短精炼的教学视频,关键是激活学习者的主体意识,目的是帮助学习者用最短的时间学到最多的知识。微课程蕴含着丰富的理念诉求:倡导将学生从讲坛下的听众变为学堂中的主人;将教师从知识的布道者变为课程的设计者;网络学习也将从还原真实课堂转为重建学习规则。微课程设计应遵循主体性、简明性、趣味性和整体性四大原则,未来将出现“专业化建设机制的形成”、“系统性课程模块的全面构建”、“与大数据技术的有机集成”、“引发翻转课堂探索”等发展趋势。
