目的 初步探讨HMG-CoAR蛋白的表达与结直肠癌患者分期和预后之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测HMG-CoAR蛋白在结直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织和正常组织中的表达情况,并检测CK20和p53作为对比,了解HMG-CoAR蛋白与结直肠肿瘤间的关系.结果 HMG-CoAR蛋白在组织中的表达定位于细胞核,各组间HMG-CoAR蛋白的表达差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0,001),由正常组织至癌组织依次降低；HMG-CoAR蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的Duke分期相关(P=0.031),进展期者多为低表达；HMG-CoAR与CK20、p53的表达呈负相关(P＜ 0.001).结论 HMG-CoAR随着结直肠肿瘤的进展而表达降低,与肿瘤的发生和分期相关,有望作为结直肠癌诊断的预测因子.%Objective To analyze the expression of HMG-CoAR protein in colorectal neoplasms and correlation with the clinical -pathological prognostic factors. Methods Expressions of HMG -CoAR, CK20 and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry in all samples to compare correlation of clinical and pathological parameters. Result HMG-CoAR protein was localized in the nucleus. The expression of HMG-CoAR protein in colorectal cancer, adenoma, and normal tissues had statistically significant difference (P < 0.001). The expression of HMG-CoAR protein was lower in colorectal cancer tissues than those in adenomas tissues, and the latter was lower than those in normal tissues. HMG -CoAR protein in colorectal carcinoma associated with Duke's stage (P = 0.031). A moderately negatively correlation was found between HMG-CoAR and CK20 and p53 , suggesting that the diagnostic efficacy of them was quite similar. Conclusion The expression HMG-CoAR gradually decreased with the canceration of the colorectal tumor and correlated with tumor stage, suggesting that HMG-CoAR was one of local tissue markers to assess the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
