乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性在临床检验中的应用价值探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus with positive in clinical test. Methods Summarizing 200 cases of patients with hepatitis B, HBV pre-S1 antigen and HBV markers in serum were tested by ELISA method, HBV DNA was tested by real-time fluorescence quantitative test methods, ALT and AST were tested by automatic biochemi-cal analyzer, finally they were carried on the analysis in statistical method. Results The positive rate of pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus and HBV DNA in all patients were 65%(130 cases) and 70.5%(141 cases).Positive rate of pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus increased with HBV DNA loading. When the loading exceeds 105copies/mL, the positive rate of the former will be more than 95%. Conclusion pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus has certain clinical value in replication and liver injury. The detection threshold is relatively low and easy to promote.%目的：探讨乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性在临床检验中的应用价值。方法总结乙肝患者200例资料，应用酶联免疫吸附的方法检验患者血清中乙肝病毒前S1抗原和乙肝的标志物，应用荧光实时定量试验方法检测HBV DNA，应用全自动生化仪检测患者的ALT和AST，最后用统计学相应方法进行分析。结果所有乙肝患者中乙肝病毒前S1抗原和HBV DNA的阳性率分别为65%（130例）和70.5%（141例），乙肝病毒前S1抗原的阳性率随着HBV DNA载量的增大也相应变大，当后者载量超过105copies/mL时，前者的阳性率也会超过95%。结论乙肝病毒前S1抗原对乙肝患者的病毒复制和肝功损伤方面具有一定的临床价值，其检测门槛相对较低，便于推广。
