米非司酮与妈富隆治疗无排卵性功血的疗效观察

摘要

目的观察米非司酮与妈富隆治疗围绝经期无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血（简称无排卵性功血）的临床效果。方法将48例患有围绝经期无排卵性功血患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在诊断性刮宫术（简称诊刮）后3 d给予妈富隆治疗，对照组在诊刮术后3d给予米非司酮治疗，观察2组疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的完全止血时间与对照组比较，两组治疗有效率均为100％，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；对照组复发率及不良反应发生率与观察组相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论米非司酮与妈富隆治疗围绝经期无排卵性功血的疗效好，既可调整月经周期、减少月经量又可避孕，同时还可适当改善围绝经期妇女因雌激素缺乏所致的植物神经功能紊乱，给药简单方便，患者配合性好，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the effects of mifepristone combined with Marvelon anovulatory dysfunc-tional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal ( referred to as anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding ) treat-ment.Methods 48 patients with Perimenopausal Anovulatory Dysfunctional uterine bleeding were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group , the observation group in the diagnostic curettage were given 3 days after Marvelon treatment , control group in the diagnostic curettage were given 3 days af-ter mifepristone treatment , observation of curative effect and adverse reactions of the 2 groups occurrence . Results In the observation group , the hemostasis time compared with the control group , the effective rate of treatment in the two groups were 100%, no significant difference ( P>0 .05 );the control group the re-currence rate and adverse reaction rate and the observation group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion The curative effect of mifepristone and Marvelon on Perimenopausal Anovulato-ry Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is good , not only can adjust the menstrual cycle , reduce the amount of menstruation , contraception , and can also be appropriate to improve perimenopausal women due to estro-gen deficiency caused by the plant nerve function disorder , drug is simple and convenient , patient compli-ance is good , worthy of clinical application .
