腹腔镜微创疗法与开腹手术治疗胆囊结石并胆囊炎的疗效比较分析

摘要

Objective To analyze and compare the effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic and open surgery therapy in the treatment of gallstones and cholecystitis. Methods 150 patients treated by gallstones and cholecystitis weren randomly selected as the research objects from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital, According to different treatment modalities, they were divided into minimally invasive group and laparotomy group, each group with 75 cases, and therapeutic effect between the two groups was comparative analyzed. Results Indicators incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operative duration, etc in minimally invasive patients were significantly better than the laparotomy group. Postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds, analgesics proportion, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative hospitalization duration was superior to laparotomy group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy for gallbladder and cholecystitis has obvious advantages compared with open operation, small side effects, is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：分析对比腹腔镜微创疗法与开腹手术治疗胆囊结石并胆囊炎的治疗效果。方法随机选取2012年3月～2013年3月在我院接受胆囊结石并胆囊炎治疗的150例患者，根据患者的不同治疗方式分成微创组和开腹组各75例，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果微创组患者手术切口长度、术中流血量、手术时长等各项指标明显优于开腹组，在术后肠鸣音的恢复时间、使用止痛剂比例、术后下地活动时间、住院时长等方面也明显优于开腹组（P＜0.05）。结论采用腹腔镜微创疗法治疗胆囊结石并胆囊炎相对于开腹手术优势明显，副作用小，值得推广应用。
