目的：研究妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008年3月～2013年3月在我院接受治疗的70例妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者的临床资料。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组患者的切口愈合时间和平均住院时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采取微波治疗法对妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化进行治疗，疗效明显优于常规治疗方法，且能够极大缩短切口愈合时间和住院时间，具有临床推广价值。%Objective To study the clinical effect of abdominal incision in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 200 patients with fat liquefac-tion of abdominal incision, who were operatively cured in author’s hospital from Match 2010 to Match 2012. Results For the total efficiency, the treatment group was significantly higher than control group, with a statistically significant difference,P<0.05; The time of wound healing and hospitaliza-tion in observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking microwave therapy to treat abdominal incision in the de-partment of obstetrics and gynecology, it is significantly better than conventional treatment methods and can greatly reduce wound healing time and hospitalization time. It has clinical value.
