Objective To analyze the clinical application value of the method of combining the method with the treatment of the cervical spondylosis of the cervical spondylosis. Methods June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital received with nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients a total of 96 cases, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group and in the control group were treated by manipulation treatment, the treatment group on the basis of taking Bushen Jiangu decoction treatment and give the comparative analysis of the clinical effect of treatment group and control group of the. Results After treatment, the pain symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the total effec-tive rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis with manipulation combined with the treatment of kidney and bone soup can relieve nerve root to the oppression of intervertebral disc, which has clinical value.%目的：分析研究神经根型颈椎病采取手法结合补肾健骨汤治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月在我院接收的患有神经根型颈椎病的患者共96例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，对照组患者采取手法进行治疗，治疗组在此基础之上采取补肾健骨汤进行治疗，对治疗组与对照组的临床疗效给予对比分析。结果临床治疗以后，治疗组患者的疼痛症状评分明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论神经根型颈椎病采取手法结合补肾健骨汤治疗，可以解除神经根对椎间盘的压迫，具有临床推广价值。
