摘要

Compared with conventional glaucoma filtering surgery, Press-Exoperation was simple, fewer complications, and the effect of postoperative intraoc-ular pressure was accurate, and could be repeated operation, clinical application prospects were broad.%Ex-press青光眼引流器是一种由不锈钢材料制造的房水引流装置，Ex-Press青光眼引流器植入术(以下简称Ex-Press手术)的开展，是一类新型的青光眼治疗方案。临床中形成共识的手术适应证为前房较深的眼压控制不良的青光眼患者，尤其成为解决难治性青光眼患者的更佳选择。经研究发现，巩膜瓣下Ex-Press手术联合抗代谢药物应用降眼压效果更为确切。与传统青光眼滤过手术相比，Ex-Press手术操作简单，并发症少，术后降眼压效果确切，并且可重复操作，临床应用前景广阔。
