Transcription factor 21(TCF21) was a new tumor suppressor gene in recent years, which was located in human chromosome 6q23-24 region, which was of great significance to the growth and differentiation of cells. TCF21 could regulate the expression of downstream genes, which was closely related to the occurrence and progression of many malignant tumors.
