某矿山企业动态轨道衡无人值守远程集中计量系统设计与实现

     

摘要

传统的矿山井下动态轨道衡计量是利用本地计量管理软件实现计量数据管理.井下轨道衡计量点分散,计量数据管理较为困难,井下计量人员较多。通过对传统轨道衡计量方式的重新设计,利用计算机网络技术、视频监控技术及远程计量管理系统实现计量无人值守、多视角监视动态轨道衡计量过程现场、数据统一管理、集中计量,达到企业减员增效、计量数据集中管理的目的。%The traditional mine dynamic track scale measuring realizes the metric data management by us- ing the local metering management software. The track scale measuring points are dispersed, and it is rather difficult to manage the metric data, there is more measurement personnel under- ground. Through the redesign of the traditional mine dynamic track scale measuring method, us- es computer network technology, video monitoring and remote metering management system to realize unattended in measurement, multi angle monitoring dynamic track scale measuring pro- cess scene, unified data management, and centralized metering, SO as to achieve the objective of enterprise synergism of depletion of numbers, measurement data centralized management.
