Objective To study the effect of groove trapeziform pillow on the patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods 240 patients undergoing hip replacement were equally divided into the control group and the experiment group in accordance with their registration odd and even numbers. In the control group, the conventional pillow was used to hold operated limb. In the experiment group, the groove trapeziform pillow was used. The two groups were compared in regard to the incidence of postoperative complications. Result The incidence of complications in the experiment group was significantly lower that that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The groove trapeziform pillow used to hold the operated limbs after hip replacement can fix joints and reduce the incidence of complications. It could improve the nursing quality for patients and promote early recovery of patients.%目的 探讨凹槽梯形枕在髋关节置换术后患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2006年1月-2010年1月本院收治行髋关节置换术后患者240例,按照术后顺序的单双号分为对照组和实验组,每组各120例.对照组患肢术后应用皮牵引套牵引固定加普通枕头垫高,实验组患肢采用凹槽梯形枕垫高,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率.结果 两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,均P<0.05.差异具有统计学意义,实验组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组.结论 在髋关节置换术后采用凹槽梯形枕垫高患肢,能起到良好固定关节的作用,可降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的护理质量,从而促进患者早日康复.
