Objective To investigate the application of performance assessment in bonus allotment.Methods The hierarchy alloiment mode of general director-section director-doctor, and head nurse-nurae was implemented.The bonus were allotted according to performance assessment.Results The flaws in nurses were reduced 1 year afler its implementation.The comfort rate of patients were significantly raised from (94 5 ± 45)%before implementation to (98.5 ± 4.5)% after that (P <0.01).The nunrsing quality was aignificantly increased from (92.0 ± 2.1 ) before implementation to (98.5 ± 1.5) after that (P <0.01).Conclusion The hierarchy allotment mode based on scientific performance assessment is effective for enhancement of nursing quality and management efficiency.%目的 探讨绩效考核在奖金分配管理中的应用方法和效果.方法 实施科主任→区主任→医生、护长→护士奖金层级分配模式,根据绩效考核结果进行奖金分配.结果 按绩效考核分配奖金方案实施1年后护士不良行为明显减少;病人满意度从实施前(94.5±4.5)%提高到(98.5±4.5)%;护理质量从实施前(92.0±2.1)分提高到(98.5±1.5)分,实施前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 按绩效考核分配奖金体现多劳多得,按劳分配,优劳优酬的原则.科学有效地评价护士绩效,有利于提升护理工作质量,提高管理效率,是一种行之有效的管理方法.
