Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on the refractory wounds. Methods 72 patients with refractory wounds were randomly divided equally into the observation group and control group. The control group was treated with the traditional dressing method and the observation group with vacuum sealing drainage. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The average hospitan'zation time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the rates of scar contracture, pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion VSD used to treat refractory wounds may shorten the treatment time and lower the rates of scar contracture, pulmonary infection and urinary tract infection.%目的 探讨负压封闭引流治疗经久不愈创面的效果.方法 将72例经久不愈创面的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例.对照组采用传统换药方法,观察组采有负压封闭引流.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组患者平均住院时间较对照组缩短,疤痕挛缩率、肺部感染和泌尿系感染发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P＜ 0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对经久不愈创面采用负压封闭引流,可缩短治疗时间,降低疤痕挛缩率、肺部感染和泌尿系感染发生率.
