缩短留置尿管时间对剖宫产术后产妇的影响

摘要

目的 探讨缩短留置尿管时间对剖宫产术后产妇的影响。方法 按剖宫产先后次序将300例产妇分为观察组和对照组，每组各150例，观察组产妇术后10～20 h拔除尿管，对照组产妇24～48 h拔除尿管。比较两组产妇承担母亲角色、自行排尿、泌乳等方面的差异。结果 实验组产妇承担母亲角色、自行排尿、泌乳等方面优于对照组产妇，两组比较，均P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 缩短剖宫产术后留置尿管时间能够使产妇更好地承担母亲的角色，有利于母婴的身心健康。%Objective To investigate the effect of shortened time for detained catheter on post-caserean section(CS)parturients. Methods Three hundred parturients were equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to their registration sequence: the former had their catheter withdrawn 10-20 hours after cesarean section and the control did 24-48 hours after cesarean section.The two groups were compared in terms of taking the role of a mother,voluntary micturation and anal passage of gas.Results The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of taking the role of a mother,voluntary micturation and anal passage of gas(all P<0.05.Conclusion Shortened time for detained catheter after caserean section may help the post-CS parturients to take the role of mother,which is beneficial for the physical and mental health of both mothers and their babies.
