Objective: To assay the. chemical active compositions of HangJinju decoctions. Methods: Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). Results: The four ac-tive composition were Baicalin, Chlorogenie acid, Orientin, Vitexin. The concents of four active composition: Baicalin was 0. 264 4%, Chlorogenic acid was 0. 016 3% ,Orientin was O. 014 1%, Vitexin was 0. 003 57%. Conclusion: The active components of HangJinju decoctions can be used as the index of quality control.%目的:分析中药黄金菊汤剂的化学药效组分.方法:反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC).结果:分析得到了黄金菊汤剂中的4种药效成分,即黄芩苷,绿原酸,荭草苷,牡荆苷.黄金菊汤剂药效组分含量分别为黄芩苷0.264 4%、绿原酸0.016 3%、荭草苷0.0141%、牡荆苷0.003 57%.结论:黄金菊汤剂中4种药效组分可作为其质量控制的科学指标.
