HPLC测定精乌胶囊中二苯乙烯苷的含量

摘要

Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of the content of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydmxys-tilbene-2-O-β-D glucoside in Jingwu capsule. Methods: An Aligent TC-C18 (4. 6mm× 250mm,5μm) with a solvent system consisting of acetonitrile-water( 25 :75 )was used with a flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 320nm. The column temperature was roomtemperature. Results: The 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D glu-coside showed good linear correlation within 0. 202 8-1. 014μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ), The average recovery was 98. 7%(RSD =2. 7% ,n =6). Conclusion: The method was simple and can be used in quality control of Jingwu capsule.%目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定精乌胶囊中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(二苯乙烯苷)含量的方法.方法:色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为320nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为室温.结果:2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.202 8～1.014μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD=2.7%(n=6).结论:本方法简便、快速,准确度高、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制.
