金银花中有机磷类农药测定方法建立及残留状况调查

     

摘要

目的:了解金银花中有机磷农药的残留状况,并在此基础上提出具有针对性的监管建议.方法:建立了GC-FPD同时测定54种有机磷类农药的方法,并对60个批次的金银花样品进行测定,对测定结果进行分析.结果:60个批次的样品共有23个检出含有有机磷类农药;方法涉及的54种有机磷类农药,共检出敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱和水胺硫磷4种.检出率最高的为毒死蜱(38.3%),其余的3种农药均只有个别样品有检出.毒死蜱的检出浓度也相对较高.结论:金银花中多数有机磷类农药的总体检出率不高,但毒死蜱检出率较高,且检出浓度也相对较大,需要重点监控.%Objective:To give some targeted suggestions for supervision and management on the basis of residual dynamics of organophosphorus pesticides in Honeysuckle.Methods:A method of determination for 54 organophosphorus pesticides in Honeysuckle by GC-FPD was established and 60 samples collected were tested.Results:23 of samples had detectable residues and a total of 4 pesticides were identified which were dichlorvos,malathion,chlorpyrifos and isocarbophos.Chlorpyrifos had the highest detectable rate (38.8%),while the other three ones were rarely detected.Besides,the concentration of chlorpyrifos was also relatively higher than that of the others.Conclusion:The detectable rates of organophosphorus pesticides in Honeysuckle were low generally,but both the detectable rate and concentration of chlorpyrifos were comparatively high.Therefore,more attention should be payed to chlorpyrifos in the supervisory process.
