朝鲜产赤芍和国产赤芍的生药学比较研究

摘要

目的:对朝鲜产赤芍与国产赤芍进行生药学比较研究,为今后朝鲜产赤芍药材的质量评价提供一定的参考.方法:对朝鲜产赤芍和国产赤芍的原植物形态、性状特征、横切面特征、薄层色谱特征进行研究.结果:通过与国产赤芍比较,明确了朝鲜产赤芍的性状、横切面特征;两者在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同的蓝紫色斑点.结论:朝鲜产赤芍与国产赤芍在生药学特征方面没有明显差异,可为朝鲜产赤芍在国内药材市场的质量控制与临床应用提供依据.%Objective:To compare the pharmacognostical characteristics between Paeoniae Rubra Radix in Korea and in China,and provide some reference for the quality evaluation of the Paeoniae Rubra Radix in Korea.Methods:The pharmacognostical characteristics of Paeoniae Rubra Radix were investigated by using the macroscopical,microscopical and TLC identification methods.Results:The botanical anatomy characteristics of Paeoniae Rubra Radix were measured.Conclusion:Both of the herbs on the pharmacognostical characteristics and the content of paeoniflorin was no significant difference.The study provides a basis for the quality control of Paeoniae Rubra Radix in domestic medicine market and clinical application.
