本文系统总结和介绍了植物生长调节剂在药用植物生长发育及栽培各环节可以应用的方面及已有的应用概况,具体分为促进种子发芽、抑制枝芽生长、矮化植株、促进花芽分化、控制性别分化、防止落花落果、增强抗逆性、提高产量和品质等.本文还系统阐述了在药用植物中应用调节剂的安全问题,不仅包括产品安全和环境安全,还要关注品质安全,即应用植物生长调节剂对药用植物中次生代谢产物的影响,如产生的药材品质变化.本文对药用植物中应用植物生长调节剂的建议:1)单纯以提高药用部位产量为目的而对该药用植物次生代谢成分,应禁止使用;2)积极开展调节剂对药用器官中次生代谢产物影响的研究,如用于打破药用植物种子休眠和调节繁殖器官生长,对药用器官的次生代谢没有直接影响,但也应考虑对后续产品中次生代谢的影响;3)推进植物生长调节剂在药用植物应用的登记.%This paper systematically summarized and introduced the plant growth regulators that could be applied to the existing applications in every link of medicinal plants growth and cultivation,and they were divided into promoting seed germination,inhibiting the growth of buds,dwarfing plants,promoting flower bud diferentiafion,controlling sexual differentiation,preventing the fallen petal and fruit abscission,enhancing resistance,increasing the yield and quality,etc.The article also systematically elaborated the safety problems not only including product safety,environmental safety in regulator application in medicinal plants.Focus on application of secondary metabolites in plant regulator of medicinal plants has a great influence and result in a change to the quality of medicinal materials but also quality safety which means the application of plant regulator would had great influence on the quality of medicinal plants.In this paper,the advices on the application of medicinal plants growth regulator is as below:1) It is should be prohibited that purely for increasing the medicinal part production and had no research data on secondary metabolism;2) It is worthy of further research and extension to actively promote pharmaceutical research regulators on organ of secondary metabolites,breaking medicinal plant seeds and regulating the growth of reproductive organs and other organs without direct impact,but should also be considered secondary metabolism of the follow-up products;3) Promoting registration of plant growth regulator applications in medicinal plants.
