黄芪及其复配组合调节正常小鼠免疫功能的探索

             

摘要

Objective:To compare the effects of Astragalus membranaceus and its combination on mice body weight and viscera index,humoral immunity and phagocytosis of macrophages,screen A.membranaceus combination with immune regulating effect,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of related health function products.Methods:normal BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group,positive drug group,Radix Astragali-Radix Glycyrrhizae A group,Radix Astragali-Radix Glycyrrhizae B group,Radix Astragali-Fructus Ligustri Lucidi A group,Astragali-Fructus Ligustri Lucidi B group,astragalus polysaccharide group.Through intragastric administration for 30 days,the mice body weight,spleen index,thymus index,the content of serum hemolysin(HC50),the phagocytic index rate of peritoneal macro-phages were measured.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the spleen index,thymus index,serum hemolysin content(HC50)and phagocytosis rate of abdominal macrophages increased in all groups.Among them,the compatibility of Radix Astragali with Radix Glycyrrhizae,Herba Cistanches and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae increased significantly(P <0.05). Conclusion:Radix Astragali and its combination were present in the different degree to regulating normal immune function in mice,the best combination of Radix Astragali and Radix Glycyrrhizae,Herba Cistanches,Pericarpium Citri Retic-ulatae,with functions of development related health products potential.%目的:观察比较黄芪及其复配组合对正常小鼠体质量、脏器指数、体液免疫和巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,筛选具有免疫调节功能的黄芪最佳复配组合,为开发相关健康功能产品提供理论依据.方法:正常BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常空白组、阳性药组、黄芪-甘草A组、黄芪-甘草B组、黄芪-女贞子A组、黄芪-女贞子B组、黄芪多糖组,连续灌胃30 d后,测定各组小鼠体质量、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清溶血素含量(HC50值)、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率等各项指标.结果:与正常空白组比较,各给药组小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清溶血素含量(HC50值)和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率均有不同程度的增加.其中,黄芪与甘草、酒苁蓉、陈皮配伍者增加显著(P<0.05).结论:黄芪及其复配组合均在不同程度上呈现出调节正常小鼠免疫能力的作用,其最佳组合为黄芪与甘草、酒苁蓉、陈皮复配,具有开发相关健康功能产品的潜力.
