Box-Behnken法优选川乌、草乌、马钱子超声提取工艺

     

摘要

Objective: To optimize theultrasonic extraction process of Radix Aconiti, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Strychni Semen. Methods: On the basis of single factor test, the ultrasonic extraction process was optimized by Box-Behnken method with the composite score for index of the extract amount of aconitine, brucine and strychnine as index, and the acid concentration, the amount of hydrochloric acid, liquid-solid ratio as investigation factors. Results: The optimized ultrasonic extraction process was under the following conditions: ultrasonic power 600 W, 12 times the amount of 1.4% hydrochloric acid, extracting 2 times, each time 1.5 h. Conclusion: This extraction process can effectively extract the active components of Radix Aconiti, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Strychni Semen. The method is simple, reliable and well reproducible.%目的:优选川乌、草乌、马钱子超声提取工艺.方法:在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken法,以乌头碱、士的宁、马钱子碱提取量的综合评分为指标,以酸水浓度、加液量、提取时间为考察因素,优化提取工艺.结果:优化的提取工艺功率为600 W,1.4%的盐酸水为溶媒,12倍量的加液量提取2次,每次1.5h.结论:该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可以有效提取川乌、草乌、马钱子的药效成分.
