小儿清肺化痰口服液的质量分析及评价

Objective: To evaluate the quality and the current standard of Xiao ' er Qingfei Huatan oral liquid. Methods: 50 batches of samples were tested according to the statutory inspection standards and exploratory research methods. Results: The quality of the tested samples were in conformity with the provisions, exploratory research results showed that the residual of ethanol and preservatives dosage were in accordance with the relevant regulations, The content determination of Peucedanum decursivum main component praeruptorin A varied greatly. Conclusion: The quality of Xiao' er Qingfei Huatan oral liquid is better, and the current quality standards need to be further improved.%目的:评价小儿清肺化痰口服液的质量及现行标准是否完善.方法:依照法定检验标准及探索性研究方法对50批次样品进行检验.结果:所检测样品的质量均符合规定,探索性研究结果显示乙醇残留量、防腐剂均符合相关规定,前胡主要成分白花前胡甲素的含量测定结果各批次差异较大.结论:小儿清肺化痰口服液总体质量较好,现行质量标准有待进一步提高.
