环保超低VOC水性苯丙乳液制备浅议

摘要

In the preparation of environmental styrene-acrylic emulsion with ultralow VOC aquosity, the formula design, raw material quality, selection of initiator and selection and control of polymerization process all have a huge impact on emulsion VOC, however,the simple optimization and polymerization reaction cannot obtain the ultralow VOC aquosity with VOC < 120 grams/liter, and it is necessary to take subsequen t auxiliary operation of VOC desorption,such as steam stripping, flashing or chemical digestion etc.%在环保超低VOC水性苯丙乳液的制备中，配方设计、原料质量、引发剂选用及聚合工艺选择和控制，对乳液VOC均有重大影响，但单纯优化聚合反应并不能获得VOC<120克/升的超低VOC苯丙乳液，需要进行汽提、闪蒸或化学消解等后续VOC去(脱）除辅助操作。
