生物法合成谷胱甘肽及其分离纯化条件研究进展

谷胱甘肽是细胞内重要活性物质,在维持生物体内稳态方面起着重要作用.本文综述了生物合成法生产谷胱甘肽的条件优化策略和分离纯化的研究进展,简单介绍了谷胱甘肽生物合成和分离转化的发展前景.%Glutathione is an important active substance in cells and plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of organisms. In this paper, the optimization strategy of glutathione production and the research progress of separation and purification were reviewed, and the development prospect of glutathione biosynthesis and separation and transformation was briefly introduced.
