为了提高球墨铸铁曲轴的强韧性和铸造质量、降低铸造废品率,研究了曲轴的微合金化技术、铁液共晶点控制技术、球化处理技术、曲面分型方法和组织均匀化正火工艺,成功生产出高强韧性球墨铸铁曲轴.球铁曲轴抗拉强度由原来的872MPa提高到927MPa,冲击韧度由26J/cm2提高到40J/cm2,缩松缺陷由原来的1.44%降低到0.19%.%In order to increase the strength, toughness of the nodular iron crankshaft and improve casting quality, a series of investigations were carried out on the mini -amount alloying technique, control technique of iron melt eutectic point, nodularizing treating technique, curved mould parting method and the structure-uniformizing normalization process and, as the result, the high-strength and high toughness nodular iron crankshaft was successfully developed. The tensile strength of the crankshaft was increased from original 872 Mpa to 927 Mpa, its impact toughness was increased from 26 J/cm2 to 40 J/cm2, the shrinkage-caused rejection rate was reduced from 1.44% to 0.19%.
