采用消失模铸造工艺要注意的问题

摘要

An introduction was given to the choice principle of lost foam pattern material, the influence of the pattern pieces binding quality on casting quality, as well as the main points of coating choice and baking. It was pointed out that proper increasing alloy pouring temperature is beneficial to the pattern full gasifying, splitting, decomposing and to the alloy melt better filling the mold to form casting. In addition,the choice principle of various lost foam casting equipments was introduced.%介绍了消失模铸造模样材料的选用原则、模块粘结质量对铸件质量的影响、以及涂料的选用和烘干要点；指出适当提高合金的浇注温度,有利于确保模样充分气化、裂解、分解,使合金溶液能较好地充填铸型形成铸件.同时介绍了各种消失模铸造设备的选购原则.
