船用柴油机气缸体铸造工艺的排气系统设计

     

摘要

The marine diesel engine cylinder block had complecated configuration,big wall thickness difference,and high quality requirements.According to its configuration characteristics and technical requirements,the pouring position with cylinder heads surface downwards and bottom surface upwards was adopted,16 flat overflowing vents of 50 mm×10 mm were uniformly distributed at one side of its bottom surface,the venting measures included using steel pipes as the cores irons to make the cylinder holes cores to be hollow,and binding venting ropes on the cast iron fram,et al.The castings produced had been nondestructively examined and had been machined,no casting defects were found that indicated the venting system design rational,and the high quality production of the marine diesel engine cylinder blocks was realized.%船用柴油发动机气缸体的结构复杂,壁厚差异大,铸件质量要求高.根据其结构特点和技术要求,采取缸盖面朝下、脚板面朝上的浇注位置,在机架脚板面侧边均布16个50 mm×10 mm溢流扁排气通道、轴承室安放轴承的部位均布16个60 mm×8 mm的扁排气片、用钢管做芯骨使缸孔砂芯形成中空以及在生铁构架绕上通气绳等技术措施,实际生产铸件经无损检测及后续机加工过程中均未发现铸造缺陷,表明该排气系统设计合理,实现了船用柴油发动机气缸体的高质量生产.
