The function and control modes of intelligent home in the era of IOT( Internet of Things)were analyzed. Through the case of the intelligent home combined with lOT technology to elaborate the advantage of using networking technology, the intelligent home techonolgy development trends was introduced.%分析了物联网时代智能家庭的功能和家居控制方式。通过案例阐述了智能家庭利用物联网技术的优势，并对智能家庭的技术发展趋势作了分析。
