铝板带加工厂防爆电气设计

摘要

The applications of explosion-proof electrical design are not specified detailed enough in the national design standards.Many disputes still exist in the division of explosion-proof zone and the designers always do engineering work based on their own understanding of standards.Combining by aluminum plate,sheet and strip project as example, this paper analyzed the related explosion-proof design in aspects of the division of explosion-proof zone,selection of explosion-proof electrical equipment and the explosion-proof electrical construction and installation,and also discussed the existing disputed problems and solutions in the practice of design and construction.It could provide references for industry building electrical design.%国家标准设计规范在电气防爆具体应用方面不够详细，尤其是防爆区域的划分存在很多争议。结合铝板带项目，从防爆区域划分、防爆电气设备选择、防爆电气施工与安装方面分析防爆电气设计，探讨设计和施工实践中存在的疑难争议问题及解决办法，以供工业建筑电气设计参考。
