Based on the special requirements of video monitoring system in public rental housing,combing by DB 33/768—2013,the design thinking and implementation methods of the video monitoring system in aspects of safety, practicability,and specification satisfaction.%从公共租赁房项目对视频安防系统的特殊要求出发，结合对 DB 33／768—2013《安全技术防范系统建设技术规范》的理解，从安全、实用、满足规范等方面阐述了视频安防系统设计中的思路和实施方法。
