茎叶涂抹灌根法测试生物除草剂70014吸收与传导试验初报

摘要

采用茎叶涂抹灌根法对生物除草剂70014进行了吸收和传导试验.从灌根法可以看出,70014能通过黄瓜根系的吸收与传导引起整株植株的死亡;从茎叶涂抹法来看,70014在茎叶上主要表现为触杀活性,但从真叶和下胚轴涂药来看,还有一定的吸收和传导性.%This article focuses on test of absorption and translocation of bioherbicide 70014. Through the method of irrgating bioherbicide 70014 to root ,70014 is lethal to the whole plant of cucumbers, which is absorbed from plant root and transferred to the other parts of the plant; through the method of smearing bioberbicide 70014 on stem and leaf 70014 has lethal effect on the leaves to which 70014 has been applied. However, 70014 can be absorbed and transferred as it is applied to main leaf and hypocotyl.
