75戊唑·百菌清可湿性粉剂的液相色谱分析

摘要

采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇＋水为流动相，使用紫外检测器、C18不锈钢柱分离测定75%戊唑·百菌清可湿性粉剂中有效成分戊唑醇和百菌清的质量分数。结果表明：戊唑醇和百菌清的标准偏差分别为0.052和0.170；变异系数分别为0.41%和0.28%；平均回收率为100.32%和99.82%；线性相关系数均为1.000。%　　The quantitative analysis of tebuconazole+chlorothalonil 75%WP by reversed phase HPLC using methanol+water as mobile phase, C18 column and UV detector was described. The results showed that the standard deviations of tebuconazole and chlorothalonil were 0.052 and 0.170, the variation coefficients were 0.41% and 0.28%, the average recoveries were 100.32%and 99.82%, and the linear correlations were both 1.000, respectively.
