血皮槭快繁过程中外植体褐化研究

摘要

对血皮槭快繁中外植体褐化问题进行初步研究,结果表明：于6月采集嫩茎进行培养,分化高、褐化少;培养基中蔗糖浓度为25%、6-BA浓度为1.8 mg/L时褐化少;培养基中加入1.2 g/L Na2S2O3对防止褐化、提高腋芽萌发率有促进作用。%Study was carried out on the factors resulting in browning of the Acer griseum（Franch.）Pax explants in vitro culture.The results showed that the new tender collected in April had severer browning and higher germination.With the help of hormons added at proper concentrations（dertrose 25%,6-BA 1.8 mg/L）,explants could have a better germination of auxiliary buds,with the browning phenomena lessened.Addition of 1.2 g/L Na2S2O3 to medium could effectively prevent Acer griseum（Franch.）Pax explants from browning,and promoted germination and shoot growth.
