基于态势分析法的深圳国家农业科技园区发展策略研究

摘要

While there is no countryside in Shenzhen,the construction of Shenzhen national agricultural science and technology area is smooth which dominated by development of modern agricultural breeding technology.This paper first illustrated its predominance,problems,chances and challenges by using SWOT analysis method. Utilizing the method of matrix strategies matching and based on the SWOT analysis results,we put forward some countermeasures,Such as speeding up the construction of talented person troop,building up business model of breeding,promoting international competence of breeding industry and ecosystem service of this area,etc.%深圳没有农村，但是以发展生物育种产业为主的深圳国家农业科技园区建设较为顺利。运用态势分析法，系统阐明了深圳国家农业科技园区建设具备的优势和存在的问题，面临的外部机遇和需应对的外部威胁。根据矩阵策略配对原则，提出加快生物育种人才队伍建设，建立商业育种模式，提升生物育种国际竞争力，拓展园区生态系统服务功能等促进深园区可持续发展的对策。
