不同林龄马尾松人工林土壤酶变化特征研究

     

摘要

By the method of time-space mutual substitution ,the effect of Pinus massoniana at different age on soil enzyme activities and the relationship between soil enzyme activities and soil nutrient contents were tested in red soil hilly region in order to understand the effect of vegetation restoration on soil enzyme activities ,bare land and natural secondary forest were selected as references. The results indicated that saccharase ,catalase , acid phosphatases and urease were increased significantly with the increasing of stand ages ,while polyphenol oxidase decreased.The soil enzyme saccharase,catalase,acid phosphatases,urease and polyphenol oxidase activities which had a significant relationship with soil nutrient could be used as the good biological indicators to evaluate soil quality.The soil enzyme index could indicate the evolution of soil enzyme activities with the increasing restoration age and can be used as a way to assess soil quality.%为了解红壤丘陵区植被恢复对土壤酶活性的影响,采用空间代替时间法,以裸地和天然次生林为对照研究了南方红壤丘陵区马尾松林土壤酶活性随栽植年限的变化特征,并分析土壤酶活性与土壤养分的相关性。结果表明:随着马尾松种植年限的增加,土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、脲酶活性增大,而多酚氧化酶则表现出相反变化趋势。相关性分析表明,蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶与养分因子存在较强的相关性,可以作为土壤质量评价的生物学指标。土壤酶指数较全面地反映了土壤酶随植被恢复的演变特征,可以作为一种土壤质量评价方法。
