新型农民培训的供需分析--基于滁州市农民培训的问卷调查

摘要

利用滁州市农民培训调查问卷，分析滁州市新型农民培训供需特征，结果表明：滁州市新型农民培训工作主要是由政府主导，以落实国家和省级主管部门的项目和政策为主，农民对新型农民培训具有较为强烈的参与意愿，参加培训的积极性较高，而且培训取得了较好的效果。%Using questionnaire survey of farmers′training in Chuzhou City ,new farmers training demand and supply characteristics of Chuzhou City were analyzed.The results showed that new peasants training of Chuzhou City was mainly led by the government ,to implement the project and policy in charge of the national and provincial departments ,the farmers had relatively strong willingness to participate in the training of new farmers ,to participate in the the training enthusiasm was high ,and the training had achieved good results.
