银川市食用菌市场调查研究

摘要

The mushroom market was investigated in this paper.Twenty seven specimens of mushroom had been purchased from market and dried by oven.Eighteen species had been identified in all 27 species ,belonging to 10 families and 15 genus of fungi.The statistic analysis of 18 mushrooms was studied,the consumption situation of mushroom in Yinchuan was researched ,the diversity and dominant species of the mushroom were analyzed in Yinchuan market.The results were benefit for the development of mushroom market in Yinchuan City.%集中调查银川市菜市场和超市中食用菌的种类，采购并制成食用菌标本27份，鉴定食用菌18种，隶属于10科15属。对这18种食用菌进行统计分析，研究银川地区食用菌的消费情况，分析银川食用菌市场种类的多样性及其优势种类，以促进银川食用菌市场的发展。
