基于GSS序列的猴面花miRNA生物信息学研究

         

摘要

应用miRtour在线分析工具对猴面花GSS序列进行分析,预测猴面花的miRNA序列,应用psrobot预测miRNA的靶基因。结果发现50条不同的猴面花miRNA成熟序列,尿嘧啶在miRNA 5′端第1碱基出现频率最高,有64条编码序列受到猴面花miRNA的调控。靶基因中有15个编码转录因子,有21个编码酶。%Mimulus gutatus miRNA was predicted based on GSS Sequences by miRtour ,whereas miRNA-targeted mRNAs were predicted by psrobot. 50 unique mature miRNA sequences were found in which the uracil nucleotide is dominant in the first position of 5′mature miRNAs. 64 mRNAs were regulated by miRNA in which 15 targets was transcription factors ,21 targets was enzymes.
