The current situation of land resources in Xuanwei City was introduced ,and the urgency of implementation of local steep slope land ecological control was analyzed.The project management strategy of steep slope land ecological control was put forward ,so as to promote the ecological restoration and enhance the ability of sustainable development of forestry.%介绍了宣威市土地资源现状，对当地实施陡坡地生态治理的紧迫性进行分析，并提出实施陡坡地生态治理的项目管理策略，以期促进生态恢复，增强林业可持续发展能力。
