南方花生黄曲霉毒素污染防控栽培技术

摘要

南方花生在高温多雨季节容易被黄曲霉污染，严重影响花生品质及食用安全。通过在花生生产过程中实施选地、土壤消毒、品种选择、种子处理、肥水管理、病虫防治、收获晾晒等栽培技术，以达到防控花生黄曲霉毒素污染的目的。%Due to the high temperature and rainy season in south China,the peanut is easy to be contaminated by aflatoxin,it will seriously affect the quality and safety of peanut. In this paper,plots selection,soil disinfection,variety selection,seed treatment,water management,diseases and pests control,harvesting cultivation technology peanut production were reported,in order to prevent and control aflatoxin contamination of peanuts.
