尾巨桉DH32-28组培快繁技术研究

摘要

以尾巨桉DH32-28半木质化萌发茎段为组织培养外植体材料,在不同的诱导、增殖和生根培养基条件下诱导不定芽,确定了适宜的培养基和培养条件,为加快优良无性系分化速度、缩短培养周期、降低生产成本奠定了理论基础.%The semilignified stem sections of Eucalyptus grandis ×E.urophylla DH32-28 were used as tissue culture explant materials.The adventitious buds were induced by different induction,proliferation and rooting conditions.The suitable medium and culture conditions were determined,which laid a theoretical foundation for speeding up the differentiation speed of fine clones,shortening the period of culture and reducing the cost of production.
