The antimicrobial activity,antimicrobial mechanism and control effect of strain ZDC-01 isolated from the soil sediments of the seabed in the east China sea were studied.The results showed that the strain had significant inhibitory effect on 8 fungi,the inhibition rate of bacterial suspension was better than that of sterile filtrate,and the inhibition rate was 96.87%.By inoculation of spray-treated stab wound it was found that the control effects of fermentation broth and bacteria suspension decreased slightly with the prolongation of time,but were still equal to that of procymidone.The control effect of sterile filtrate was only 9.53%after 7 days.%对从东海海底土壤沉积物中分离获得的菌株ZDC-01的抑菌活性、抑菌机理、室内防治效果进行了研究.结果表明,该菌株对8种病原菌具有显著的抑菌作用,菌悬液较无菌滤液的抑制率更高,抑制率高达96.87%.通过喷雾处理刺伤接种发现,喷施ZDC-01发酵液、菌悬液的防治效果随时间的延长稍有降低,但仍与腐霉利处理相当,而无菌滤液的防治效果较差,7 d后仅为9.53%.
