In the condition of capacity expansion unavailable, the demands of users on network capacity in the scene of burst trafifc are often not met in WCDMA network. In view of this, a solution to virtual multi-carrier based on RF optimization, reselection, switching parameter, frequency conifguration and load sharing was proposed in this paper, which was validated through on-spot implementation.%WCDMA网络中,针对业务突发场景下用户对网络容量需求大且扩容资源无法到位的问题,提出一种综合RF优化、重选和切换参数、频点配置及负荷分担方法在内的虚拟多载波解决方案,通过现场实施验证了该方案的有效性。
