在中国电信4G网络及用户规模快速增长的背景下，基于4G与3G互操作机制提出了典型互操作场景分类及互操作设置原则，通过多种场景测试的3G/4G覆盖及业务速率的关联分析，提出互操作参数设置调整方案，并开展试点调整及影响评估，为中国电信4G与3G互操作设置的优化、用户体验的提高等提供了参考。%With the fast increase of 4G network and customers of China Telecom, typical interoperation scene classiifcation and its conifguration rule based on the interoperation of 4G and 3G were presented. Multiple scenes were tested on 3G/4G coverage and service rate association analysis, and then the adjustment solution of interoperation parameter configuration was put forward. The pilot adjustment and impact evaluation were deployed to provide a useful reference to optimize 3G/4G interoperation conifguration and improve user experience for China Telecom.
