运载火箭气簧式缓释放装置设计

     

摘要

通过现代设计方法对缓释放装置进行了详细的设计研究,缓释放装置主要由固定于发射台的牵制气缸、缓释放气缸、杠杆臂、牵制臂、摆开杆、供气系统等组成.理论计算和试验验证表明采用气簧式缓释放装置通过给牵制气缸充高压气体产生的牵制力,能够牵制相应载荷的要求;火箭在起飞后,本装置气体产生的缓释力使得火箭在要求的行程内,牵制力逐步递减到零.%Advanced design methods are applied in the design of soft release equipment, which are mainly composed of holding gas cylinder, soft release cylinder, connecting rod, holding arm, swing rod and gas supplying system. By calculation and test, it proves that the holding force produced by holding gas cylinder filled with high pressure gas could hold the responding load of the launch vehicle. After the launch vehicle is released, the soft relese force by gas soft release equipment could make the holding force gradually reduce to zero as requried.
